JeetBaaz Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1Introduction

Welcome to JeetBaaz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the binding legal agreement between you, the player, and JeetBaaz ("we," "us," "the platform"). By accessing the JeetBaaz website, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

JeetBaaz operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. The platform is available at jeetbaaz.biz and through any official mobile application provided by JeetBaaz. These Terms apply across all of those access points equally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or continue to use the JeetBaaz platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility

To open and use a JeetBaaz account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JeetBaaz does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming activities of the type offered by JeetBaaz is lawful. It is your personal responsibility to confirm that online gaming is permitted in your location before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by JeetBaaz or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative or employee of JeetBaaz or any related entity, nor may you open an account on behalf of a third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those legally prevented from entering contracts are not eligible.

3Account Registration

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain one JeetBaaz account. Operating more than one account — regardless of the reason — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held across them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that truthfully reflects your age. JeetBaaz may request supporting documentation to verify any of this information at any stage.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This means choosing a strong password, not sharing your login details with any other person and logging out of shared devices after each session. JeetBaaz cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the breach was caused by the account holder's failure to maintain appropriate security.

• Registrations using VPN or IP masking tools are subject to additional verification requirements.
• Corporate or business registrations are not permitted. JeetBaaz accounts are for personal, recreational use by individual players only.
• The payment method you use to deposit must belong to you personally. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will trigger a verification review.

4Deposits

JeetBaaz processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted on the platform:

JeetBaaz does not charge any deposit fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider or bank are outside our control and will be deducted before the funds reach your JeetBaaz balance. JeetBaaz is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

Deposits must come from accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned to source and the account will be subject to additional verification before further deposits are permitted.

5Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Where this is not possible, JeetBaaz reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing to an alternative method.
• Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirements completed before the corresponding bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• JeetBaaz may request supporting documentation — such as a copy of your CNIC or a screenshot of your Easypaisa/JazzCash account details — before processing larger withdrawal amounts as part of standard fraud prevention procedures.

JeetBaaz aims to process all withdrawal requests within fifteen minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to four hours. In exceptional circumstances — high volumes or verification requirements — withdrawal processing may take up to 24 hours. JeetBaaz will communicate any delays proactively.

6Bonuses and Promotions

JeetBaaz offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. The specific terms of any active promotion are set out on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on the JeetBaaz platform:

• Each bonus is available once per player, per household and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• JeetBaaz reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying action taken before the cancellation will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusive play or automated betting patterns designed to reduce risk artificially — will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and may face permanent account suspension.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on JeetBaaz are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the game-specific or sport-specific rules published within each game or betting market:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and the betting window has closed, it cannot be cancelled, altered or reversed by the player. All confirmed bets are final.
• JeetBaaz reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical fault, human error or data feed failure. Players will be notified of any voided bets and their stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per player. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface before confirmation.
• For cricket betting, results are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or the relevant board). No-result, abandoned and postponed matches are handled according to the specific market rules displayed on each market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to available liquidity. JeetBaaz may suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event. Bets already confirmed before a suspension remain valid.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JeetBaaz. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the JeetBaaz platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusive betting, match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events or coordinated arbitrage activity that distorts the integrity of betting markets.
• Using the JeetBaaz platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing JeetBaaz staff, other players or any individuals associated with the platform in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the JeetBaaz platform that are not intended for public access, including any administrative interfaces or backend systems.

9Responsible Gaming

JeetBaaz is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides the following tools to every registered player, accessible from within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount for a defined period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play, prompting you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to several weeks — without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your JeetBaaz account. This option is irreversible for a minimum period of six months, after which reinstatement is subject to a formal review process.

JeetBaaz may also apply responsible gaming restrictions proactively if our team identifies patterns of play that suggest a player may be experiencing difficulty. Where we apply restrictions, we will contact the player to explain what has been applied and why.

10Account Suspension and Closure

JeetBaaz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe of being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Behaviour that poses a reputational, legal or financial risk to JeetBaaz or other players on the platform.
• At the player's own request — either through a cooling-off period, temporary suspension or permanent self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, unless the circumstances make immediate action necessary for security or fraud prevention reasons. Verified balances held at the time of a non-fault suspension will be returned to the player once the investigation is concluded, subject to these Terms.

11Privacy and Data

JeetBaaz collects and processes player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

The personal data we collect — including your name, mobile number, date of birth and transaction history — is used exclusively to operate your account, process payments, comply with our legal obligations and provide customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

JeetBaaz may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities where we are required to do so. All third parties with whom we share data are contractually bound to maintain appropriate data protection standards.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JeetBaaz's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JeetBaaz accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or disruptions outside our direct control that affect your ability to place or manage bets.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
• Technical faults that result in bets being placed at incorrect odds, where JeetBaaz has voided such bets and returned stakes in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to maintain account security.

13Amendments to These Terms

JeetBaaz may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the registered mobile number or email address on the account, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the JeetBaaz platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without formal notification, though the Last Updated date will always reflect the date of the most recent change.

14Contact and Disputes

If you have a question about these Terms, believe an error has been made with your account, or wish to raise a formal complaint, the first step is always to contact the JeetBaaz support team. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is equipped to resolve the vast majority of queries in a single interaction.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the standard support process, JeetBaaz operates a formal disputes resolution procedure. Details of this procedure are available on request from the support team. JeetBaaz aims to resolve all formal complaints within five working days of receipt.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. JeetBaaz and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
